In April, the selected fruit sticks are attached to the binding wire.
The season of lifting and trellising. The vine shoots are growing and need to be held between the wires.
During the harvest, the grapes are sorted by the expert hands and experienced eye of Michelle and long-time pickers.
At the sorting table, the succession is assured.
